Plans for a brand new Motor Claims Code which should help to protect the interests of safe drivers and people involved in road traffic accidents have been revealed by the incoming chair of the Motor Accident Solicitors Society (MASS).
MASS is a non-profit association which specialises in the processing of vehicle related personal injury claims, and its new chairman, Craig Budsworth, has reaffirmed the organisation's commitment to rewarding responsible drivers of new Ford vans and other commercial vehicles with this latest announcement.
In a statement, Mr Budsworth said that the Code will make provisions in several important areas concerned with road accident claims, including excessive cold calling, the training of fleet drivers, a crackdown on uninsured drivers and a guarantee of no compensation unless RTA victims have undergone a comprehensive medical.
This news is sure to be warmly received by safe Transit van drivers up and down the country, who are conscious of their reputation being damaged by less responsible individuals, and people who feel that they were not to blame for any injuries they have suffered as a result of a road collision.
