MAYOR URGES VAN AND CAR USERS TO PLAN AHEAD FOR OLYMPIC PERIOD

Even if you are in one of the latest new Ford vans, such as a Ford Transit van, being stuck in traffic can be extremely boring and in many cases very costly for businesses. With the Olympics due to begin in London, many within the fleet industry are bracing themselves for large delays and congestion as ceremonies, events and visitor traffic takes hold.
The Mayor of London, Boris Johnson, has asked business leaders and those that travel within the capital to finalise their travel plans within the city, and not rely upon a ‘wait and see' approach. A website has already been created, which offers up-to date information of road closures, aimed at allowing individuals and businesses an easy way to plan their routes in and out of the city during the 2012 Olympics.
So if you often drive in London and believe that your day to day work activities could be affected, be sure to visit the site for help and support.
