Ford set to expand its dealerships in China
The Ford Motor Company is set to double its number of dealerships within China by the 2015, an announcement has just detailed. Ford's Chinese chief talked of the company's plans in China, whilst also launching a billion dollar motors plant that will help it compete against rivals all determined to take over the world's largest automobile market.
Not the sort to rest on their laurels, Ford also used the opening of the new plant in China to launch the latest in a range of new Ford cars for sale, the Focus.
Currently Ford are adding on average two Ford car dealerships each week, with the goal being a total of 680 by 2015.
