Ford’s parallel parking pinball stunt

The Ford Motor Company has been busy promoting its Active Park Assist system, with the latest event being a massive pinball game in the centre of Paris.

The promotion saw Ford install a massive game screen on a building above two cars with enough space to Parallel Park, both cars bumpers were connected to sensors that measured just how hard they get hit, and of course everything caught on camera!

Ford also decided that the person that scored the most amounts of points (The worst driver) would be given the prize of a Ford Focus, which like many new Ford cars for sale, contained the innovative parking system.

The Active Parking Assist system works by signalling the driver once a spot large enough for the vehicle to park in is found, once found the system takes control of the steering whilst the gear selection and breaking is left to the driver.
