Ford Motor Company partners with University
The Ford motor Company have announced another partnership with a UK university as part of their Blue Oval Scholarship programme. Cardiff University is the latest in a long line of teaching institutes that will begin sharing resources, a sharing that will help not only improve production of Ford cars for sale, but also help to reduce intermittent costs.
The way the scheme is carried out is by employing a university graduate, over two years, who will work directly with the motoring company and university lecturers. Scholarships are provided and will mean that each student will receive funding of £10,000 over the course of three years. Students are not limited to automotive engineering courses, Ford have previously endorsed courses ranging from Sciences to Computer technology.
Not only does the scholarship programme help towards the careers and employment potential for students involved, it will also help towards redesigning the car and vans that you will see in the future at Ford car dealerships.
