Ford Fiesta due for facelift in 2015

It appears that the Ford Fiesta could be in line for a facelift in 2015, ensuring that the famous model continues to appeal to its target market.

Recently being confirmed as the best-selling model in the UK ever, the Fiesta has continued to prove itself as a popular choice for used and new Ford vehicles, well regarded for its craftsmanship, wealth of technology and superb attention to detail.

The news would suggest that the Fiesta subcompact models will look slightly different next year, including sleek styling and the refining of the vehicle's interior. Even the S models - considered as the introductory version - will offer a fine experience for drivers, with seven airbags, an iPod interface and Bluetooth compatibility all as standard.

Slightly more luxurious is the SE trim, a package that will offer keyless entry, electric windows, cruise control and a host of other features. Another of these great features is the ambient lighting, which is adjustable to offer a relaxing and pleasurable experience for both driver and passenger alike.

Drivers will also be able to choose from the SE Appearance package, one which adds 16-inch alloy wheels, the MyFord touch interface complete with a 6.5inch touchscreen, upgraded cloth seats and a leather wrapped gearstick.

SFE package for added fuel consumption

For even greater choice, SE purchasers also have the option of the Super Fuel Economy package, or SFE. As part of this, the Fiesta will be given special tyres, wheels and aerodynamic pieces to offer a greater level of fuel consumption. The SFE package will also offer a turbocharged version of the 1.0 EcoBoost engine.
