The Ford Motor Company has been detailing new plans to introduce several new models to its European selection. The information was given by the head of Ford's German division, Bernhard Mattes at the Detroit International Auto Show, which is currently taking place.
The Ford chief did not pass on a huge amount of information regarding exactly what the vehicles would be or when we could expect to find new versions of new Ford vans for sale at our local Ford commercial dealers.
The models that were mentioned included a new Transit van, an electric version of the Focus, and a new generation of the Ford Cougar. Both Ford's commercial and car sales sector within Germany have continued the brand's solid share of the motoring market, along with the rest of Europe in the past few years. A sure sign of the company's success is that they have, in recent months, hired over 700 new workers.
