Fleet Van Summit is Around the Corner

The annual Fleet Van Summit is scheduled to take place at The International Centre in Telford on September 18, and planners have released the event programme and speakers that are on the schedule. Topics that will be covered will address issues of interest to van fleet operators, and will range from how to reduce overall costs to how to manage risk. Legislative news, safety and compliance will also be key topics.

This is the seventh year that the event has taken place and in that time it has become one of the most popular and eagerly anticipated events in the light commercial vehicle industry. Key industry speakers will be appearing and case studies will be presented. Additionally, LCV fleet operators will have the opportunity to speak with vendor representatives in the exhibition hall, and view new products and offerings.

Among those speaking will be Dave Bowen, managing director of BT fleet; Mark Cartwright, head of vans and logistics buyers at FTA; Stephen Dalton, head of intelligence of the Insurance Fraud Bureau; and David Higginbottom, CEO of Driver First Assist. The event will provide valuable information to those in the fleet industry, as well as the opportunity to network with colleagues and peers.
