2013 Focus ST becomes available for order in America
The first steps towards unveiling the latest model of the Ford Focus ST are underway, with American customers now able to reserve the vehicle ahead of its release later this year.
It promises to pack the same bite as its predecessors, with the model incorporating Ford's EcoBoost 2.0 litre engine; offering the power of 252bhp and 270 lb-ft of torque to the pedals. The new ST will also feature the manufacturers new Enhanced Torque Vectoring Control, a function which helps to reduce torque steer with hard acceleration.
The standard package will set customers back $24,495, while upgrading to sports seats and a better radio system will cost another $2,385. There is a luxury package on offer, with satellite navigation, a state of the art radio system and full leather seats from Recaro; however the privileges will add a further $4, 435 to the price.
With its release expected later this year, there's still plenty of time to wait. If you are interested in purchasing a similar model, why not browse through our extensive range of Ford cars for sale?
