In a new list written by Britain's largest car buying guide, What Car?, three new Ford vans have been included: the Ford Tourneo, Ford S-MAX and Ford B-MAX.
With the buyers' guide aiming to produce a list of MPVs and people carriers with everything from practical cabins to comfort, it is of no surprise that Ford vehicles saw a mention.
Ford B-MAX
The B-MAX was the first of three vehicles from Ford to find itself being mentioned in the ‘Best MPVs and people-carriers of 2012' list. Commenting that the vehicle was ‘brilliant to drive and very practical', the publication commended the unique side door layout and its adjustable load floor's versatility.
Ford S-MAX
The S-MAX receives praise from the buyers' guide straight away, which announced that the vehicle is the most fun to drive of the MPVs, but at the same time is refined, roomy and versatile. What Car? even offered advice on their favourite model, the 2.0 TDCi 140 Zetec.
Ford Transit Tourneo Custom
Based upon Ford's most popular commercial vehicle, the Ford Transit, the Tourneo is one of the largest of the MPVs reviewed, with enough seats to carry eight people (with the added option of adding one more front seat). The Tourneo's boot was well received by the motoring guide, which called it ‘enormous'. With 922 litres of space, it certainly has all of the room you and your passengers will need.
