New Ford Fiesta picks up five star review

The latest edition of the most popular of all Ford cars for sale in the UK, the Fiesta, has picked up another glowing review from a leading product comparison site, which has added further to the warm reception it has received from critics and the public alike.

The first specific aspect of the 2014 Fiesta which was praised in the review that has been published by Recombu was its stylish design. Although the writer noted that 'not much has changed' in this respect (minor alterations being limited to things like a new armrest and a larger grille), this, he says, is in fact a positive thing, as the Fiesta has 'always been one of the sharpest looking models' available. Storage space and comfort also ranked highly with the Recombu reviewer, who commended what he describes as 'one of the best all-round cabins' supermini drivers are likely to find.

As for performance and handling ability, there is once again nothing but kind words for the new Fiesta, with the car managing to arrive at the ideal combination of control and comfort when it comes to being behind the wheel; low levels of unwanted friction, vibration and noise were all welcomed by the respected motoring journalist Graeme Lambert, as was the impressive suspension, steering, turning and acceleration values.

Safety, interior technology and low emission rates were all also marked out as strong points of the 2014 Fiesta, and Lambert summarised his review by awarding the model the maximum five star rating, saying that the 2014 version is 'more compelling than ever' and that its in-class rivals 'should be very worried indeed'.

The brand new Fiesta is available at your local showroom now, and there are also plenty of used Ford cars to choose from that can provide great value and high performance transport for drivers who are looking to upgrade but working with a strict budget.
