A report by Fleet World, the leading magazine for van and car fleet owners, has given not only a roundup of the light commercial vehicle market. Firstly, the magazine commented on January's sales figures, saying that the market has performed very well, much better than predicted.
With regards to Ford, it was noticed that the Ford Fiesta van is in short demand, certainly a sign of the Fiesta's success. Short wheelbase Transit vans are currently not as popular as long wheelbase versions, with models over 90bhp being the most in demand on the second-hand market.
Something that the magazine mentioned was that if you are selling a large panel van, it really needs to be tidy to get any interest in it, and that anything scruffy will need to be cheap.
Much of the figures revolve around the second-hand market, if you are interested in great value, used or new Ford vans, why not make your next visit to one of Foray Motor Group's commercial van dealerships?
