Ford Sets Record Sales in China for September
Ford has just set an all-time sales record for car sales in China during September 2012, where the company saw its car sales increase by 54 percent for the month. Overall, this saw the Ford Motor Company's total sales increase by 35 percent compared to September 2011.
Ford is set to introduce another 15 new Ford cars for sale within China by 2015; the first of these new vehicles will be the new Ford Focus. Ford is also planning to bring some of the company's highly anticipated SUVs into China as well as the EcoSport, the Kuga, the Explorer and the Focus ST.
Last month's sales also marked another milestone for the Ford Focus in China, as now more than 1 million units of this model have been sold since it was introduced in 2005.
