Ford honoured with loyalty awards
There was good news for Ford car dealers last week as the automotive data organisation Polk announced the winners of its 16th Automotive Loyalty Awards, with Ford emerging as the leading brand once again.
For the second consecutive year, the manufacturer enjoyed a wide range of success at the awards, winning titles such as the coveted Overall Loyalty to Manufacturer and Overall Loyalty to Make prizes.
Using in-depth market analysis to track how many car owners returned over the last twelve months to buy from manufacturers they have used in the past, Polk reward companies' success in harnessing that most elusive of customer qualities - loyalty.
Presented during a ceremony at the Automotive News World Congress in Detroit, the awards were a reflection of Ford's continued high standards and dedication to innovation and progress. These traits have ensured that customers keep returning to the much-loved motor company year after year and car after car. With more top quality Ford cars for sale than ever before, it is no surprise that the group still performed well in a year which brought with it such tough economic conditions.
