Explorer Battery, Range & Charging

The Extended Range battery is available to order in both RWD and AWD options. The Select Extended Range RWD achieved a WLTP Overall range of 374† miles and the Premium Extended Range RWD achieved a WLTP Overall range of 354 miles in recent testing.

With the capability to recharge 10-80% of the battery in approx. 26 minutes using a DC rapid charger.†† Grab a coffee while you charge on longer trips. All-Electric Explorer will be ready to go when you are.
