Introducing Blue Zones
Over 95% of the UK’s† motorway network is classified as Ford Blue Zones, allowing BlueCruise to activate when you enter these mapped areas. Keeping automatic updates enabled ensures your vehicle always has the latest Blue Zone coverage.
Hands off, eyes on
Tested across more than 100,000 miles, Ford BlueCruise has been developed in consultation with authorities to give you added reassurance. A driver-facing camera in the instrument cluster monitors that you’re watching the road ahead before the system takes over.
Adaptive Cruise Control
Working alongside Speed Sign Recognition, Adaptive Cruise Control†† can automatically adapt your speed to the current limit. If the road changes from 70 mph to 40 mph, the vehicle will gradually slow to suit the new zone. When Ford BlueCruise is engaged, intelligent Lane Centering helps maintain steering between lane lines.
