Buy Now, Pay in February – Terms & Conditions

1. Offer Eligibility
   1.1 This offer applies only to retail customers purchasing a new vehicle on a qualifying finance agreement through an approved finance provider.
   1.2 The offer is available for vehicles registered and collected on or after 19 December 2025 .
   1.3 To qualify for a first monthly payment date on 1st February 2026, the vehicle must be registered and collected after 19 December 2025.
2. Finance Agreement
   2.1 “Buy Now, Pay in February” refers exclusively to the customer’s first monthly finance payment , which will be scheduled for 1 February 2026 .
   2.2 All finance is subject to status, affordability checks, and terms set by the finance provider.
   2.3 Applicants must be 18 or over and UK residents.
3. Deposit Requirements
   3.1 If a deposit is required this must be paid in full on delivery/collection of the vehicle .
   3.2 The deposit amount will be agreed at the point of order as part of the finance agreement.
   3.3 The deposit is not deferred under this offer.
4. Payments
   4.1 The first monthly payment under the finance agreement will fall due on 1 February 2026, provided the vehicle has been registered and collected on or after 19 December 2025.
   4.2 Subsequent monthly payments will follow on the dates set out in the customer’s finance agreement.
   4.3 Any additional charges, optional extras, insurance products or administrative fees are not included in the offer and may be payable earlier.
5. Vehicle Registration & Collection
   5.1 The vehicle must be registered to the customer and physically collected from the retailer within the qualifying dates to validate the February payment start.
   5.2 Vehicles registered or collected before 19 December 2025 will not qualify for the deferred first payment.
6. Exclusions
   6.1 This offer does not apply to:
   - Cash purchases (non-finance).
   - Fleet, or Motability transactions.
   - Used, pre-registered, or demonstrator vehicles unless explicitly authorised by the retailer.
7. General
   7.1 The retailer reserves the right to withdraw or modify this offer at any time prior to acceptance of a customer order.
   7.2 Full written details of the finance agreement will be provided prior to completion. Customers should ensure they understand all terms before entering into a finance contract.
   7.3 This offer is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
