Extended Opening Hours
Both of our Foray Motor Group Transit Centre sites (English Ford & Yeovil Ford) are open at minimum 7.30am-6.00pm Mon – Fri, 8 am – 1 pm Saturday. We also offer a late night service for routine servicing on Thursdays – if you drop off by 4 pm you can collect by 10 am the following day. Click here to view our opening times!
We also offer overnight servicing on your Transit on Thursdays every week, meaning you're back on the road the very next morning!
Alternative Transport
We can provide you with alternative transport to keep you constantly on the move, and we ensure there is dedicated commercial vehicle parking, with bays big enough for all Transit models. Alternatively, if it works better for you we can collect and deliver your vehicle, within a reasonable travelling time (for an additional cost). We will even give your vehicle a complimentary wash and hoover, so it’s looking its absolute best for you.
While-You-Wait Servicing
We respond to 1link online service booking requests within – minutes, and if you're in a rush our technicians can service your commercial at a time that fits around you. Whilst you wait, you can even enjoy our free Wi-Fi so you can carry on dealing with whatever suits you from the comfort of our waiting area.
VOSA Approved Services and MOTs
We can service your techographs as well as MOTs (including Class 4, 5 and 7 tests). We can also provide VOSA approved speed limiting to all models within the Ford Commercial range.
Fleet National Pricing
Maximum recommended pricing for fleets with over 25 vehicles means you will get the cheapest price for fixed content jobs and routine services.
Genuine Ford Parts Availability
We keep a wide range of parts in-stock locally, and all other parts can be delivered anywhere in the UK by 9:00 am the next day. All of the genuine Ford parts are designed and engineered by Ford to Ford standards.
Ford Diagnostics
For quick and precise fault diagnosis, we will provide a sophisticated, internet-linked vehicle diagnostics system. All work is carried out by Ford-trained technicians, benefitting from Ford online technical information and a dedicated Ford technical hotline. Taking commercial vehicles into the 21st century we've also installed a dedicated backup from Ford online, with an electronic recall platform as well as Fleet Service and Accident Management service.
Unscheduled Repairs
When your commercial vehicles aren't on the road, neither are your drivers. So it is our priority to get you both back on the road as quickly and efficiently as possible. All initial diagnosis on urgent repairs are carried out within two hours of arrival, with parts ordered where necessary. We aim to complete the majority of repairs the same working day, to minimise the time spent off road and to get your commercial vehicles back at work as quickly as possible.
