We're excited to let you know that our showrooms are now open! We're currently operating on an appointment-only basis, to help keep both you and our staff safe. If you'd like an appointment to discuss or test drive a new car or commercial vehicle, please send us an e-mail by clicking here or call us on 01202 712136 to speak with our booking team.

We've missed you all and have some great vehicles we still need to show you, such as the All-New Kuga and Puma, or the favourite Hybrid Transit Custom.


Car/Commercial Vehicle sales

At Foray, we are well-equipped to help you, whatever your preferences are. We have implemented video software and other new technology to ensure we can cater for your needs remotely. We have trained our teams, provided PPE and changed the format of our showrooms. On top of this, we are dealing with you on an appointment only basis. This ensures you have your own dedicated showroom space if you do choose to come into us. If you're interested in a new or used vehicle you've seen on our website, or want to have a discussion with one of our experienced team members, we welcome you to start a conversation with us so we can help,

Vehicle servicing/maintenance

We now have service centres open at all of our locations (excluding Chard Ford and Southern Motor Services (Crossways). We look to re-open these sites in the near future.

If you already have an upcoming booking and are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms, or you’ve been in contact with someone who has, please let us know so we can amend your booking date.


What to expect when you make a service booking:

To keep our technicians safe, we are offering a reduced number of appointments. This will allow them to work at a safe distance from one another. We will be staggering appointments to minimise the number of customers on site at any time.

We are not offering while-you-wait appointments or a customer transport option, however we will have courtesy cars available.

We will not be offering service washes as part of your booking.

We are now a cashless business - payment can be made, by card, over the phone prior to your vehicle being collected or dropped off.  


What to expect when you arrive at our service centres:

We won’t ask you to physically sign any paperwork on the day. We will carry out driving license checks in advance and you will not be asked to sign a job card.

The floor will be taped to mark direction of travel around reception, along with clear social distance markings.

A protection kit will be fitted to your vehicle, including seat cover, floormat, steering wheel cover and gear lever wrap, prior to our technician working on your vehicle. Before collection, we will remove this and all contact points will be cleaned with antiviral spray.

The handover pack will be left in your vehicle with invoice, EVHC, and Service Check Sheet. Your keys will be wiped and placed in an envelope ready for collection.
