Ford donates new Focus to Charity for prize

Ford continued their support for charities across the world with the news that they have donated one of the most popular Ford cars for sale, the Ford Focus, to an Irish charity; to help with their fundraising. The charity, Irish Guide Dogs, can now launch their annual car with a fabulous 2012 Ford Focus, valued at over €20,000.

The chief executive of the organisation was keen to point out the charities delight at Fords donation saying:

"This year's car draw will go a long way to help boost our fundraising income at a time when we need it most. The public's response to our Ford Focus raffle in 2011 was very positive and this year we hope to raise €120,000 to help fund our services."

Ford has donated a huge number of prizes and to a large variety of charities over the years, with this being just one of them.
