With precautionary measures and investment in next-generation technology, we are able to offer you our usual services and more, with only a few exceptions.

If you’re still happy to come to us, then we’re very happy to inform you that we will certainly be catering for this, for the foreseeable future. Some of our services will be restricted and some of our processes, understandably, changed. We have a strict policy and are following the governments guidelines. We’re happy to inform you that our staff across the group are safe and healthy. The site is being regularly cleansed, and all areas of frequent contact undergo anti-viral/anti-bacterial cleansing on multiple occasions throughout the day. Understandably, our service department are not offering waiting appointments, and our waiting areas have been cleaned thoroughly. Let us come to you
If you’d prefer for us to come to you, we’ve put new processes in place to ensure we can cater for this too. Our sales staff are happy to offer home visits, including vehicle demonstrations, as well as delivering your new vehicle to you. Moreover, with our recent investments in video software for both Sales and Service departments, we are very well-equipped to give you a 5-star experience, even without sitting down for a cup of tea in our lovely dealerships. We can provide a completely contactless experience for both Sales and Service, by utilising a strict collection/delivery process, and communicating effectively by telephone and e-mail. For servicing, videos are an effective method of showing you any necessary or suggested repairs – these can be approved by you, upon viewing the video, digitally. Our sales teams have recently undergone training on some new and exciting video software, too. This will allow you to have a full walk-around of your desired vehicle, showing you key features and specs, while enabling you to ‘meet’ your designated salesperson, all from the comfort of your sofa!

- Tightened process for service collection and deliveries with no contact and clean car/workspace.
- Staff are following government guidelines strictly and proactively. Should any team member develop any symptoms associated with Covid-19, they are under strict instructions to get in touch with their line manager before coming on site, and instructed to self-isolate immediately.
