Production begins on Ford’s most fuel efficient car
This month has seen the beginning of a new chapter in Ford's production history, with the first 1.0 litre three-cylinder EcoBoost engine equipped Ford Focus rolling off their assembly line in Germany.
The vehicle has been given the title of Ford's most fuel efficient petrol car ever. Offering 98 horsepower and a fuel economy of 4.8 litres per 100KM, it is set to become extremely popular with buyers across the world. Many will be interested in owning a vehicle that's CO2 emissions are a mere 109g/KM, meaning they are doing their bit for the environment whilst owning an extremely stylish and economical car.
The 1.0-Litre EcoBoost-Powered Focus is just one of many new Ford cars for sale that will be entering the market this year, with Ford car dealerships looking forward to the B-MAX, Ford Focus ST 2012 amongst others turning up on their forecourts.
